How do I add a new customer?

To add a new customer, navigate to Settings on right-hand side of the navigation bar. Select Customers and then Add. Enter the Customer Name and click Add.

How do I add a contract?

To add a new contract, navigate to Settings on the right-hand side of the navigation bar. Select Contracts and then Add. Enter the required information. Click Add.

How do I add a certificate?

To add a certificate, navigate to Settings on the right-hand side of the navigation bar. Select certificates and then Add. Enter the certificate name and click Add.

Why can't I see a Settings icon?

If you can't see a Settings icon in the navigation bar it is likely because you were invited by a Chief Operator or Admin under a Pilot account. This account type comes with certain restrictions, including Settings changes. To adjust your permissions please contact us at support@precision-autonomy.com.

How do I create a mission?

To create a mission, navigate to the + icon in the navigation bar in pay.per.fly. From the dropdown select Mission. Fill in all the required information and click Save.

How do I approve a mission?

To approve a mission, navigate to the Missions page and click the desired mission (unapproved missions will be labeled "Pending" in orange). This will open a dialogue box. In the box click Edit Mission, adjust any information and click Approve Mission.

Why can't I approve a mission?

If you cannot approve a mission it is likely because you were added as a pilot account by a Chief Operator, and so have limited permissions. If you would like to change the status of your permissions please contact us at support@precision-autonomy.com

How do I log into pay.per.fly?

To log in to pay.per.fly, simply navigate to the Log In button in the top right-hand corner of the Precision Autonomy website. Enter your username and password to enter.

How do I add a new pilot?

From the pay.per.fly dashboard, navigate to the + icon in the navigation bar. From the dropdown select Pilot. Enter the desired pilot's email and select their role. Click invite. The pilot will recieve onboarding instructions from the Precision Autonomy support team.

How do I add a new UAV?

From the pay.per.fly dashboard, navigate to the + icon in the navigation bar. From the dropdown select UAV. Enter all the required information and click Save.

How do I edit an existing mission?

To edit an existing mission, navigate to the Missions page in pay.per.fly. Click the desired mission to open a dialogue box. In this box select Edit Mission. Make any required changes and click Save.

How do I add a new flight?

To add a new flight users must assign them from pay.per.fly mobile to a mission. You can select an existing mission or create a new one in pay.per.fly desktop before you fly. Please note you cannot create a mission on pay.per.fly mobile, users can only assign a flight to a pre-existing mission.

How do I view mission details?

To view mission details, navigate to the missions page on pay.per.fly desktop. Click on the desired mission to open a dialogue box. In this box click Edit Mission. This will open expanded mission details.

How do I view flight details?

To view flight details, navigate to the Missions page and select the mission to which the flight was assigned. Click the mission to open a dialogue box with a list of flights. Double-click on the desired flight to open expanded information.

How do I add a new Payload?

From the pay.per.fly dashboard, navigate to the + icon in the navigation bar. From the dropdown select Payload. Enter all required information and attach any images (this is optional, though we encourage it for when pay.per.cover becomes available in your region so alternative payloads can be insured).

Where can I adjust the status of my UAVs and Payloads?

To adjust the status of UAVs and Payloads, navigate to the Asset Service Management page in the navigation bar. Find the desired UAV or Payload name and under Status, set it to either OK, Out of Service, Schedule Maintenance.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, navigate to the log in screen from the Precision Autonomy website. Under the log in dialogue, click Forgot your Password? Enter the email address associated with the account and we will send you an email to reset your password.
